About Renovio

Renovio is building a connected residential renovation marketplace for homeowners, local contractors, and building material dealers. We start with a simple idea: better bids begin with a clearer project.

Our planned process connects AI renovation concepts, property measurements, standardized material takeoffs, competitive proposals, and material procurement. Roofing and siding are the initial focus, with a market-by-market launch.

Our mission is to reduce the guesswork in renovation—not simply introduce another contractor directory. Homeowners should understand what is being priced, contractors should have a consistent scope, and dealers should join the conversation earlier.
